Project inquiries

Spectrascape uses the contact and project information you provide to respond to inquiries and provide requested services. The form asks for your name, organization, email, optional phone number, project location, project type, timeline, optional budget, and description. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

When online contact is enabled and you choose Send inquiry, your details and a spam-verification token are sent over HTTPS to Web3Forms. Web3Forms processes the submission and sends an email notification to Spectrascape at info@spectrascape.tech. Spectrascape also receives and keeps the resulting email in its email service. Provider acceptance does not guarantee that a notification has reached the inbox.

The form does not save inquiry fields in this website's browser storage. In this unconfigured review version, no inquiry is submitted and the hCaptcha script is not loaded. Filling in fields alone does not send an inquiry.

Web3Forms processing and retention

Web3Forms acts as a processor for submitted form data. Its current policy describes storage of submissions, processing through its infrastructure providers, and spam filtering that may share a submitter's IP and email address with spam-prevention services. Read the Web3Forms privacy policy and data processing agreement for details.

Web3Forms currently describes retention of form data for up to three years, subject to the plan, earlier deletion, and per-form settings. Its free plan shows 30 days of submission history in the dashboard; that history window is not a promise that stored submissions are deleted after 30 days. No retention setting has been selected for this draft. Review the provider's current plan and retention information.

Spam verification

When online contact is enabled, hCaptcha loads to verify that submissions are made by a person. This involves communication with hCaptcha and processing of browser, device, and network information for abuse prevention. See the hCaptcha privacy policy. If verification is unavailable, the form cannot send an inquiry.

Other website services

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and an Instagram feed through Behold. These services receive browser requests. The Instagram feed may cache returned posts in your browser for 12 hours. That cache is separate from the inquiry form.
